Stemming from the incorrect idea that a milk can calm a drug overdose, many videos have been uploaded to youtube of people yelling at people on drugs that they "Need some milk!". One of such in which a man yelled to "get that boy some milk!" exploded, getting millions of veiws. This meme is dead enough that many people now use it ironically, and "you need some milk" has become a sort of a euphamism for a person being silly or crazy (in the figuritive sense).
